Turning your mattress will evenly distribute these impressions while maintaining maximum comfort. Body impressions in the mattress may appear as a "sag" but there is a difference: Body impressions will be normal in a quality mattresses. As the manufacture's warranty reassures: The resilient materials used in these mattresses are designed to conform to your body's individual contours. This is not a structural defect.

 Preparing Your Mattress
  • All new materials outgas odors. The odors that our all natural mattresses release are all natural. You may prefer to air out your mattress before using it. Simply place your mattress and box spring in a clean dry environment where direct sun rays can hit it. Having a fan blow on it can speed up the process. Nature will take care of the rest.
Maintaining the Natural Advantage
  • Vacuum and air your mattress regularly to help its natural fibers breathe.
  • Protect the integrity of your bedding by always using a mattress pad.
  • Encourage even wear by turning your mattress regularly.
  • Never fold or bend your mattress. Don't stand on it or allow children to jump on it. Avoid bending the corners when putting on fitted sheets.
Turning Your Mattress Over
Your mattress should be turned over on a regular basis. Every two weeks for the first two months, alternate turning your mattress end to end and flipping it. After the first two months, turn it every 4-6 months. To safeguard damage, always have at least two people  to flip the mattress. Use the handles only to guide the mattress into place after flipping. They cannot support the mattress' weight and will detach if you try to lift the mattress with them.

Refreshing The Appearance / Cleaning Instructions
  • An easy, natural way to revive the beauty of your mattress is to spot clean it with a solution of 1:3 parts white distilled vinegar and water. Spray the solution on the white spot, then expose it to direct sunlight until the stain fades and any scent of the vinegar disappears. Make sure the mattress is entirely dry before returning it to use.
  • If you prefer to use a non-toxic spot cleaner, follow the manufacture's directions and make sure the cleaner dries completely before you use your mattress.

Care for your natural mattress will keep its promise to you, bringing you many years of luxurious, healthful rest for your body and spirit.
