Some of our items on our website do not include shipping. These items usually say "Freight Charges Added After Ordering." We do this because the freight can vary so much depending on many factors. Please fill out the form below to get a freight quote. Thank you. 

Information to include:

1. Item Information: What are the item(s) you want shipped, the quantities, etc.
   
   
2. Freight Information: What city, state and zip code would it be shipped to? Is it a residence or commercial address? If commercial, does it have a loading dock? Would you want it shipped to your curbside, front door, or inside and set up? If to the front door, how many stairs are there to your front door? If to the inside, how many stairs would the delivery people need to go up to deliver it (inside and outside)?
