With rectangular strips alternating in four woven patterns, our Anza duvet has a casual, lived-in look, evoking Japanese boro textiles. Woven with a blend of organic cotton and organic linen, the relaxed matelasse feels soft and comfy. The combination of fibers lends the color a heathered tone, lightens the weight of the fabric, and gives the weave an unexpectedly airy touch and a soft drape. The duvet is backed with smooth, organic cotton crinkle percale, so you can skip a top sheet if you like.
Mid-light weight cotton-linen blend matelasse front; solid pewter crinkle fabric back on the duvet.
Sham sold individually; features knife-edge + back is self-fabric with envelope closure.
60% Organic Cotton is grown in India; 40% Organic Linen grown in France; woven in Portugal.
All of our organic cotton products are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on the gentle or delicate cycle with like colors, with cold water and natural, plant-based laundry detergent. We do not recommend using whiteners, as bleaching agents may diminish the brilliance and depth of the colors; when needed, use only non-chlorine bleach. Line dry, or tumble dry low and remove promptly. Fabric softeners and dryer sheets reduce the absorbency of cotton textiles and are not recommended. Place a set of our wool dryer balls inside the dryer to naturally soften the fabric and reduce drying time. Use a warm iron as needed.
